This Privacy Policy explains how Divito Real Estate Group (“Divito,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website at divitorealestate.com and our mobile application (together, the “Services”).

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — your name, phone number, and email address when you submit a form, request a home value, request a showing, or contact us through the website or app.
• Property information you provide — a property address and details (such as beds, baths, price range, or timeframe) you enter to get a home-value estimate or to tell us what you're looking for.
• App preferences stored on your device — if you choose to track a home's value, the address you save is stored on your device and used to schedule reminder notifications. You can turn this off at any time.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information through the Services.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the real estate, title, and insurance services you request.
• To prepare home-value estimates. When you request an estimate, the property address you enter is sent to a third-party real estate data provider (RentCast) to generate an automated valuation.
• To send you the updates and reminders you ask for, such as monthly home-value reminders in the app (delivered as on-device notifications, with your permission).
• To improve our Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only:

• With our affiliated companies — Atlantic Title Firm and Divito Insurance — when you ask us to help with title/closing or insurance, so they can assist you;
• With service providers (such as our home-value data provider and email/hosting providers) that help us operate the Services, only as needed to perform their work;
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Tracking & advertising

Our mobile app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and it does not contain third-party advertising. We do not use the App Tracking Transparency identifier.

Notifications

If you enable home-value tracking in the app, we schedule reminder notifications on your device. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings, or stop tracking in the app.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to provide our Services and for reasonable business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've provided by contacting us below.
• You can opt out of communications at any time.
• You can turn off app notifications and stop home-value tracking at any time.

Children's privacy

Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
