The Services are provided for general informational purposes. Home-value estimates, closing-cost figures, commission comparisons, and other calculator results are automated estimates only — they are not appraisals, guarantees of value or proceeds, tax or legal advice, or an offer to buy or sell. Automated valuations are generated in part by a third-party data provider and may differ materially from a licensed appraisal or actual market results. Always confirm important numbers with your agent, lender, title company, and tax professional before relying on them.
Using this website, submitting a form, or requesting information does not create a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship. A real estate brokerage relationship is created only through a separate written agreement between you and Divito Real Estate Group.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divito Real Estate Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Services or any estimate they produce.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date; continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
