Joy is a real estate agent with Divito Real Estate Group, serving clients throughout Florida with a primary focus on St. Lucie County, Stuart, Vero Beach and the surrounding Treasure Coast. With more than eight years of real estate experience, she specializes in relocation, first-time homebuyers, investment property, single-family homes and the 55+ housing market. Her experience includes residential listings, buyer representation, condominiums, vacant land, relocation, and investment and income properties, helping clients navigate everything from listing and pricing to contracts and closing. As an investment property owner in Ocala, Florida, Joy also brings firsthand experience and a practical perspective to working with buyers interested in real estate investments.

Originally from Southern Indiana, Joy moved to Florida and brings a personal understanding of what it means to relocate and establish a new home. Her 49-year career in education includes serving as a teacher and elementary school principal, with 12 years spent teaching kindergarten and first grade at Oak Hammock K-8 in Port St. Lucie. Decades of working with families strengthened her ability to listen, communicate clearly, handle challenging situations, negotiate, and solve problems with patience and care.
